Training

To ensure your staff get the best out of our products, we offer onsite and online training. Our training is flexible and tailored to meet the individual requirements of the user. You choose which topics you would like covered and you also set the pace of the training.

Online sessions are available in 60min blocks and are charged at a rate of $90 excl GST for 60 mins.

Onsite Sessions are charged at an agreed hourly rate (plus travel expenses) with a minimum of 4 hours per session. Our trainers come to you and all of our training is tailored to your individual business requirements.

We provide training in selected software packages and all aspects of NHVAS/Quality Management Systems.

Consultancy

System Review

Your review is carried out at your place of business at an agreed time. It is a good idea to confirm all relevant staff are available on the day to ensure we have access to all necessary resources and information. We generally begin with a brief meeting with Management or responsible person/s to discuss how the review will be conducted, the information we will be including in the review and an expected time frame.

We then end the review with a brief meeting with Management or responsible person/s to discuss a summary of our observations and answer any questions you may have.

A detailed report will then be sent to you outlining our observations, possible training requirements for key staff, suggestions for improvement and effective strategies for implementation.

What's Included

  • Review current Policies and Procedures for compliance with the relevant quality management system
  • Check all lists and registers are up to date and check for discrepancies
  • Review all Forms, version numbers, issue dates etc. and ensure amendments are correctly recorded
  • Check Maintenance records for current Audit Period including Service Checklists & Fault Reports, etc.
  • Check Mass records for current Audit Period including Trip Sheets and Verification records etc.
  • Check Fatigue records for current Audit Period including Rosters, Schedules & Work Diary Pages etc.
  • Review Internal Audit Schedule and Review procedures and ensure relevant records are maintained
  • Review Quarterly Compliance Statement procedures and ensure relevant records are maintained
  • Check Non Conformance records for current Audit Period including NCR register
  • Review internal systems including Data Storage and filing for compliance and productivity
  • Prepare a detailed report outlining observations and suggestions for improvement.
  • Time frame depends on the complexity of your Quality Management system. Usually approx. 4 hrs.

Our Pre Audit Check ensures you go into your next Compliance Audit confident and fully prepared. We run through all of the Key Element of your compliance system and make sure you are Audit Ready.

We will provide you with a detailed report outlining our observations, items we have checked and their status, possible training requirements for key staff, suggestions for improvement and effective strategies for implementation.

For as little as $90, We check all key NHVAS requirements for Mass, Maintenance and Fatigue including Maintenance Schedules, Fault Reports, Lists & Registers, Qtr Compliance figure and much more to ensure data is complete and up to date. We also perform a comprehensive scan of your data file to ensure it is optimised and free of errors.

* Note: A Data Health Check can also be performed as part of a Full System Review.

Upon completion of the Data Health Check, you will receive a comprehensive report outlining our observations, any possible training requirements for key staff, suggestions for improvement and effective strategies for implementation.
