Do I need a State of the art computer to run Transport Compliance Pro?
Transport Compliance Pro is designed to run on any computer that has Windows XP with Service Pack 3 installed or higher. Including all versions of Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, Server 2003, Server 2008, Server 2012 and Server 2016. It is recommended that you have a computer with at least 500Mb of ram and at least 300mb of free hard drive space. Your data file can be stored on any Windows or Unix based Server and can be accessed over a broad range of network configurations including Terminal Servers.Will Transport Compliance Pro work with more than 1 user?
Multiple users can access, view and update Transport Compliance Pro at the same time. The maximum number of concurrent users depends mainly on your network hardware and configuration. Contact us for more information.Can I access Transport Compliance Pro remotely?
Transport Compliance Pro can be installed on a Terminal server to allow remote access. All you need is Internet access making it easy for staff to access the service from anywhere and from a variety of devices. Transport Compliance Pro is a comprehensive data management system that will allow you to manage all of your NHVAS requirement for Mass, Maintenance and Fatigue. It also has a huge number of other features that will help you manage day to day tasks of running a busy Transport Business. Will I receive important updates if there are changes to NHVAS?
We are constantly adding new and improved features. By purchasing any product from our range of software, you will receive regular updates including bug fixes, program enhancements and any changes to NHVAS for the entire license period. This ensures that you are always running an up to date version. We also value any feedback from all of our clients on how we can improve our software and we can make changes or additions based on your ideas.Will I receive any training?
When you purchase any version of Transport Compliance Pro or Fatigue Pro, atleast 4hrs of training is included in the initial setup and configuration. This includes running through the system settings with you to ensure it best suits your requirements and some data entry to get you familiar with the software as soon as possible.We also offer dedicated Online and Onsite Training for individual users or groups.
All versions of our software also include an informative and easy to follow user guide that we are adding to all of the time to ensure you always have access to the latest help information.
